1. Return & Exchange Policy

All products sold by Smartbeauty4u are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.

Due to hygiene, safety regulations, and the nature of skincare and personal care items, we do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Opened or unopened product returns

  • Returns due to personal preference or change of mind

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

Although returns are not accepted, we do provide support in cases where:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Items are missing from your order

To report an issue, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Packaging images

  • Unboxing video (if available)

All reports must be submitted through the Contact Form on our website.
Once reviewed, our team will offer a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or store credit, depending on the situation and stock availability.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before processing or shipment.
Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Order Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • You must report it within 24 hours via the Contact Form

  • Our team will initiate an investigation with the courier (may take 5–7 business days)

  • Final resolution depends on courier confirmation

5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

UAE Delivery

  • Free Express Shipping for orders over 100 AED

  • Shipping fee applies for orders below 100 AED

Lebanon Delivery

  • Free Express Delivery for all orders over $55

  • Delivery charges apply for orders below $55

GCC Countries

  • Shipping charges vary by country

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout
